Educated in science and management at Indore University, Vinod’s strong foundation in Chemical and Environmental Engineering fuels his passion for creativity, innovation, and the development of transformative technologies. His lifelong mission stems from his childhood in a village where water scarcity was a daily reality. Witnessing people walk miles for a single drop of water instilled in him an enduring belief:

“हम पानी बना नहीं सकते, लेकिन हम पानी बचा जरूर सकते हैं – We cannot create water, but we can certainly save it.”

Under his visionary leadership, Shubham has grown into a pioneer of sustainable water management, delivering engineering excellence and solutions that balance long-term reliability with environmental responsibility. He also contributes actively to industry leadership, holding influential positions in core committees of organizations such as GCCI, IPA, and IGBC, where he dedicates his expertise and time to advancing industries and uplifting society.
